School Improvement & Performance (SchoolIP) provides software solutions to aid the improvement and performance of your school. The overriding aim and philosophy of SchoolIP is to use technology as a dynamic vehicle to make a real difference for schools, supporting their processes and staff, moving them continually forward. SchoolIP are committed to saving time and then supporting the recycling of that time into the classroom wherever possible.

The School IP suite of software has been developed by Derventio Solutions of Derby in conjunction with Sir Mark Grundy of Shireland Collegiate Academy and his family of schools in Sandwell. Derventio have over 20 years experience in developing high quality software applications for prestigious clients within both corporate and education sectors.

SchoolIP consists of 4 interactive modules:

Self-Evaluation Form (SEF)

  • Will transform your school’s evaluation process.
  • "Accepted by OFSTED as a valuable contribution to the inspection regime."

School Development Plan (SDP)

  • Will provide you with better management of your SDP.
  • Links to your SEF to provide evidence of improvement within your school.

Staff Performance Monitor (SPM)

  • Will integrate seamlessly with your school development plan.
  • Staff Performance becomes an ongoing process not a one off activity.

Individual learning Planner (ILP)

  • Will manage the process of student mentoring and goal assignment.
  • Allows goals and targets to be set – helps students achieve their ambitions.
